Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers and dealerships, ensuring an exceptional service experience. Your main tasks will include:
- Answering customer inquiries via phone and email
- Providing support and solutions related to automotive services and products
- Updating databases and creating reports
- Making follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent or native-level Dutch (spoken and written)
- Intermediate English level (B2)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday
