AND WHAT IS YOUR ROLE IN THIS ?
You will:
- Work jointly with the Customer Success Managers, the Marketing team, the middle office Operations team and the Product team.
- Understand perfectly the customer requirements.
- Lead the internal team to provide a great customer experience, find new use cases for their solutions and provide valuable input for future products.
You will be responsible for:
- Identifying and connecting to key decision makers in target accounts
- Understanding the details of the business models of potential customers
- Identifying pain points and opportunities in their current international finance and FX workflow
- Building strong financial business cases for the solutions
- Managing your portfolio of clients to maximize the customer lifetime value
OK, WHAT DO YOU NEED ?

3+ years in a consulting company or as a treasurer working in a larger corporation.

OR 3+ years in a B2B business development or sales role within the finance or the software industry (SaaS).

Strong knowledge and passion for finance and/or economics.
You will be truly tested on this.

Excellent communication and social skills: face to face, via telephone and email. You have to enjoy talking to other people with a genuine interest to learn about them and their business.

Dutch as a native language.

Fluent level of English.

Knowledge about foreign exchange products would be a plus (and it’s really a plus).

- Base salary
- 12K € guaranteed commissions (for the first year)*
- 10K € collective bonus
- Uncapped commissions </aside>
COMMISSION STRUCTURE:
- High % of each closed deal (in the avg commission in SaaS)
- Recurrent commission
- for 2 years regular high %
- from 3rd year on, 1%
the 1st year you’re not expected to close deals, as it’s a long sales cycle and technical onboarding.
